Ballet Leotard, Skin Tone Tights and Leather or Canvas Ballet (skin tone) Shoes 

This program introduces the young dancer to both movement and basic concepts of ballet technique. Balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength are all improved. While learning dance, our ballerinas also learn poise, determination, patience with the understanding that twirling should be a fundamental part of any childhood.

This class encourages students to develop fundamental motor skills, spatial awareness, and rhythmic understanding. With an emphasis on structure, dancers will explore movement in a way that enhances their technique and creativity. Ballet is a disciplined, technical style rooted in centuries of tradition. Classes focus on building strength, flexibility, alignment, and proper terminology through structured barre and center work. Students learn adagio (slow) and allegro (fast) movements, across-the-floor progressions, turns, and leaps. Ballet is considered the foundation for many dance disciplines, helping dancers develop grace, coordination, and fluidity. It is ideal for those seeking a strong technical base and for dancers aiming to progress in other styles.

Dancers will focus on strength, control, and musicality, exploring both structured choreography and improvisation techniques. With an emphasis on emotional connection and storytelling, this class encourages dancers to push their boundaries and develop a unique, personal style.

One year of Pre-Ballet and an Instructor's Recommendation Required.

Black Leotard, Skin Tone Tights and Leather or Canvas Ballet (skin tone) Shoes

Ballet is the foundation for most dance technique. Dancers will learn correct posture, body placement, musicality, expressiveness, grace, focus, self-discipline and terminology.

Dancers will be adding on to the skill learned in our Ballet I class and Instructor Recommendation is Required.
